Honestly, Ty had a bit of a crush on her and she had one on him. Ty really wanted to tell somebody about his power.
"Alright follow me," he ordered and pretended to sneak her to a hiding place he brought her to the handicapped bathrooms and wished no one would come in. Ty decided now was the time.
Amanda interrupted his thoughts, "Ty here's $100, go buy me some clothes."
"Okay." Crap! A stolen opportunity. He walked around the store until he realized he could wish some up and he did just that. He then crept back into the bathroom.
"Thanks Ty. That was embarrassing. Don't tell anyone."
"Uh... Amanda I need to tell you something about that."

"I kind of made you nude."
"Seriously? Honestly, I'm more amazed then impressed," She said as she put on her shirt to finish the outfit, "how'd you do it?"
"I was given this power on my birthday. I can wish for anything and it can come true."
"So out of anything in the whole world. You wished I was naked?"
Ty blushed, "Uh... Yeah I guess."
"Can I wish for something?" She asked.
"Sure. I wish Amantha's next wish will come true."
