After the full hour long experience being feral wolves, all three slowly regain their human memories. Similar to a thick fog clearing up. Staring at each other, blinking oddly as if just waking up, trying to form words with their wolfish muzzles.
Till Alan broke the icy tension, "Wow....that was intense." Shaking his a head a bit, trying to brush off a buzz. (1st one to turn full wolf before his friends.)
"Tell me about it," Mitch responded, "I was scared as hell from you guys turning into wolves first. Thought I was screwed, missing out, and just shaking like crazy."
(Mitch was the last one to turn into a wolf after seeing both his buddies transform first)
"Sucked to be you then", followed Dale. He looked about his friends, and then again down to his feet. "Seems we're still wolves guys. Should we worry?"
"Nah, doubt it. Worst case we look up a reserve spell. Chant it, lay a paw over the wands, and done deal" Answered Mitch.
While Alan, started to play around with his canine tongue. Licking his sharp fangs; then entertaining himself how canines really could lick their own noses.
Dale looked over Alan's silly play. "Least Alan is getting a kick out of this. Better having our human selves back and mess around as wolves. Than going crazy mindless animals, takes the fun out of this." he said,
Alan replied: "Gotta take advantage of this with a human mind, than a feral one. If only my Native friends could see me now taking full advantage of this. Probably say something about being closer to our wolf spirit animals; and likely spot on". Followed with a content inner joy. His Native American heritage felt even more so embraced during this intense experience.

Meanwhile Mitch, studying mystic writings, and focusing on Supernatural Phenomenons, took the experience as an added plus towards his academic studies. Human to Wolf transformation ought to count as a kind of Phenomenons,right? With a clever writing, it can be argued effectively.
"Lets push this even further", Mitch said to himself while Alan and Dale talked among themselves. Mitch walked over still on fours, with ease, over the books of spells Dale had brought with him from the start. Shifting over the books with his right canine front leg (or arm?) he noticed a second volume following the book on "Timed Transformations" book. The title read in bold:
"VOLUME 2: ADVANCED CORPORAL TRANSFORMATIONS", followed by a subtitle,
"Reserved for the experienced sages. Understanding in-depth bodily transmutations within terrestrial, demonic, and other relative creatures."
But who cares about the warnings in the first few chapters, cautions, and such? This wolf spell count as a success. So, all three must be considered close enough as experienced learners! Get to the awesome spells already. His major dissertation isn't going to write itself without much research. Plus, what better research than experiencing this stuff between friends?
Mitch in total glee, wagging happily his black coated wolf tail all over, started flipping the pages past the 1st chunk of the rather large tome. Its almost the size of an old dictionary. And hey, you got the hang of your new canine limbs to flip pages easily, what luck!
He finds a promising spell, starts chanting...words echoes around the room around all three of them. Then.........
