Talia and Chris' mission was simple. Plant the bomb on Mt Aconcagua. However, they did get the go ahead from the Argentinean government, however were waiting on the Chilean government. So they were sitting at the airport in Buenos Aires. They had to wait until Raul came back with good news, however, Raul was taking too long, making Talia antsy. Shi paced back and forth, Chris sitting there. "You now, you could just relax. I mean picture you're a dolphin, swimming with the currents. Especially the big ones." Chris smiled. "You know, if you're worried that badly about it spreading, we can go by ourselves and plant it, actually." Shi smiled, still holding the bomb. "What if we could get it to detonate in the air?" shi said.
"In the..." Shi smiled. "Yes that could work. Let's go." Shi said grabbing him and running out, and taking to the skies.
Raul came in looking. "Bad news, the Chilean government won't..." He looked around. "Now where did they go?" He said.
Chris and Talia climbed higher and higher into the air, shi looked. "Okay, listen, Chris, the red button arms it. The other starts the timer. When we hit the jet stream, set the timer for ten seconds then arm it, and throw." Shi said yelling as shi went higher and higher into the atmosphere.
"Ten seconds? Are you nutts? We need thirty to get a way." Chris said.
"Not if you're falling. Worst we'll get is the aftershocks, but, we'll land in the ocean." Shi said.
"Alright. if you say so." Chris trusted Talia from the minute shi met hir, but this... this was something very new to hir." Shi looked as shi had set the timer.
Talia reached the needed hight and yelled. "Okay, I'm going go a little higher, I want you to be ready when I say to let go, push the red button and let go." Shi hollard, once she hit the height shi needed, shi started to dive. NOW!" Shi hollored.
Chris did as shi said, pushing the button, tossing it into the air as they plummetted towards the ground, Talia's wings folded in. Soon it would explode sending the vaccine into the air. It started to rain throughout the area, the vaccine dropping as it spread through the southern hemisphere. Talia landed right at the entrance to the airport.
Raul was waiting, looking at the two. "What in the hell are you two doing? You just set off the bomb."
Talia walked up and put a hand on his shoulder. "You wanted it in the jet stream, no?"
"Well yes, I did. But..." He looked up seeing it actually worked, then looked at Talia. "Well, if I would've known that would have worked, well, we wouldn't have needed to get to the mountain peak."
"No thanks are needed." Shi said walking into the airport. "Now shall we go and get Luna, Midnight, Ryles and Lia, and go home?"
Raul smiled. "Yes, but first I need to go to a church, one who won't turn away a pair of kats wanting to be wedded." He smiled.
Talia looks. "If you need a priest, why not me?"
"You?" Raul looked.
"Yes, free of charge too." Shi smiled walking towards their plane, Chris still on her back.
Raul was dumbfounded as Maria walked up. "What is it love?"
"Did you know that Talia can do marrages?" He asked.
"Well, considering who shi is, I figured it was obvious." Shi smiled walking, Raul close behind. Soon they returned to Rio and waited for the other four to return.
