Naomi thought for a moment. “You mentioned fairies don’t reproduce the same way as humans, that they grow them from the earth. Do they just pop out of the ground when you want, or what?”
“No, there’s more to it than that.” Yukiko answered. “Have you ever read ‘Thumbelina’?”
“I saw the movie.”
“Well, that’s about the closest they got to how it happens; but there’s still the matter of where the seeds come from. You see, we fairies still have sex as humans do; it’s just our reproductive organs are more… floral than mammalian; also, like flowers, we don’t need two genders. Once pollinated, we produce a seed which we tend to for about 10 weeks until it grows into a full sized fairy flower; then, out blooms our baby.”
“Seems convoluted to me.” Naomi said.
“Well, as a species of our size, we can’t afford to be weighed down by carrying a full-term child. Hence, why many of us desire to experience human pregnancy.”
Naomi was silent for a couple of seconds before finally speaking up. “Your flower… can I see it?”
Yukiko smiled and laid back. She lifted her skirt and started to massage the cleft between her legs. Groping her breast with her free hand to hasten her arousal, a bud soon pushed out from the slit and opened. It was as she described, inviting petals and a proud pistil standing in the center.
Naomi stared in awe of it. “It’s beautiful.” If she was a fairy, she might even call it sexy.
