After a moment of admiring his friend-turned-ornament, Ty frowned as something occurred to him.
"Wait a minute - you aren't quite a bust yet." He grinned suddenly "But I can fix that!"
"What are you going to do?" asked Jeremy, already excited over the prospect of more changes. As he looked over towards Ty, he caught sight of himself in the mirror on Ty's wardrobe, and had a moment of thrilled shock as he realized that the truncated boy perched atop the dresser was really him. He took off his shirt and tossed it aside to get a better look at his oddly shortened body, turning himself round to face the mirror by lifting with his hands.
"You'll see, " replied Ty. "First, I wish you could choose to stick the flat part of your lower body to any surface you are resting on, so you won't have to worry about falling over."
Jeremy felt a tingle on his flat base, and laughed to realize he could now lean over as far as he liked without being in danger of falling off the dresser.
"Now, I wish you would finish changing into a bust." said Ty, imagining the changes he wanted to make to his friend.
Jeremy felt another tingle, and gasped as he started once again shrinking downwards as more of his waist vanished from under him. His navel vanished, and the changes progressed further up until his chest ended just below the sternum, curving upwards at each side so he was rested on a very small area. The he felt himself rise up a little as a small hard pedestal formed below him, growing out of his very flesh.
"Wow, Ty! I'm half-human, half statue! This is so awesome!"
"Not done yet, " said Ty, still grinning in anticipation.
Jeremy felt his arms tingle next, and watched in fascination as first his fingers, then his hands slowly melted away. Raising his wrist-stumps to his face, he watched as his arms dissolved into nothing, until his shoulders were all that were left. In the mirror he could see them form into flat edges, completing his transformation into a limbless figure. He wriggled his half-chest as he struggled vainly to move himself at all.
"What do you think?" asked Ty.
