Jeff remembered how happy his dad had been when he was a dog. However, he knew he couldn't just keep him as an animal forever. He decided to make a new Trigger.
John would become a weredog whenever Jeff said "Dog Tired." At first, John would appear human, but he would have a dog's instincts. John could resist them, but he would enjoy acting like a dog. The more John acted like a dog, the more dog-like he would become. However, if John concentrated on being human, he could regain his human form. Still, Jeff didn't think John could resist very long.
He walked back into the living room. "Well, Dad, I'm Dog Tired. I think I'm going to bed. Do you want to do anything before I sleep?"
