Wile the changeling named Aliza and two of her imps were converting more kids, half-heartedly looking for Janith, the one previously known as Wesley found the home of their target.
If she was still the human boy she used to be, Wicked would only have seen a normal human family through the windows. But alas, her impish eyes were seeing the truth normally hidden behind Angelica's perception filter. After all, wasn't the motto of her kin "See only the truth, tell only your master"?
But nothing forced the former boy to tell her mistress right away. And if she was able to bring back Janith and convert her family on her lonesome, who know, maybe the higher-ups would change her in a full demoness. "Soon" Whispered Wicked, grinning. "Very soon, the council will change you in MY imp, and make me a true and pure demoness. I hope they will change me into a succubus, that will be deliciously ironic."

Neither Angelica, Janith, Julie, or William did sense, see or hear Wicked and her daydreaming. At the time, they just ended explaining things to Thomas.
"So mommy used to be an evil demon, but thanks to daddy she's turning human?" The boy asked his big sister. "And that made you half-monster?"
It was Angelica who answered. "In fact, your mother's soul already changed into an 'human' one. But she was born a succubus, and so she will die with the body of one." Then, to everyone surprise, William added. "Thomas, don't ever call your sister an 'half-monster' again! She might have a demonic mother, but she's NOTHING of a monster!"
Thomas was about to say how sorry he was for unknowingly insulting his sister, but didn't get the chance.

Wicked was maddened by this scene. Janith didn't just become neutral, like most traitors did. No, it was far worse: She knowingly allied with an angel!
The former boy needed to act, and to act now! No time to call reinforcement! (Beside, converting an angel and bringing it's ally on her lonesome…She was going to obtain a chair in the fiend's council, for sure!) So the imp entered through the window, breaking it.
As soon as the window broke, Angelica and Julie instinctively cast a force-shield, protecting William an Thomas. That greatly surprised god's emissary, since that spell was supposed to be an angel-only one.
But she wasn't able to ponder that for long, since she saw something even more surprising: Janith, grabbing the imp's neck, that familiar mask of hate contorting the face of the succubus. The protective mother then looked the now fearful imp in the eyes before chanting "Count to one, now we end her fun. Count to two, she should have knew. Count to three, I'm not like she. Count to four, you now couldn't care MORE about before. Count to five, your souls come back to dive. Count to seven, because we follow the light from heaven. Count to eight, now let's restore fate. Count to nine, you won't just fine. Count to ten, since your mind got unbend."
Then the imp's skin fell, revealing the boy he used to be, nude. Being human again, Angelica's perception filter made him see Janith and Julie as perfectly human. But Wesley remembered everything he saw, did and was thinking wile being the imp named Wicked. Crying, he asked "You… You truly ARE a… a… a demon, aren't you? But… aren't de… de… demons supposed to be e… evil?! So… Why did you help me?"
"Because, thanks to someone, a wonderful man, I try to atone for my sins." Answered the succubus. "And who know, if the improbable come true, if God do forgive me in the end… Then maybe can I forgive myself."
"Thanks, Mrs. nice demon." Said the traumatized boy. "Can you… Can you help my friends too, please? That Alli demon-girl also changed them."
"I will try, but I can't promise anything. You weren't changed long ago, but when we will find your friends, I might not be able to fully change them back, if at all." Sadly explained the motherly demoness. "And that's without counting it's Aliza we're facing." Then, in a tone a bit more happy, she said "And my name is Janith, but you can call me Jane." a sad smile on her face.
