A lankie old man pushes his way past the crowd of onlookers as he heads for the Pawn Shop just around the corner. Grumbling about his lost rents and not giving a care about Lonnie and what might have happened to him he trudges along the sidewalk.
The tinkle of one silver bell announces his entry to the shop. A quick look around and musical instruments and the junks which people part with when times are tough. Yet for him today was his time for being tough and in need on money.
"Good day Mr. Mason!" rand out from down behind the money cage and counter.
"Yes Mr. Singlton it's a good day for I've go some fancy big jewelry and wish you to appraise it!" said Mason with his usual sly grin.
Drawing the silver chain and then the Medallion form his pocket the man behind the counter began to stare.
"My, my that's one big piece, where did you find this?" asked Singleton as his hands reached past the cage screen to grasp the beautiful object.
Quickly singleton picked up his eye glass and began to stare into the blue stone. "Hmm, hmm, yes, hmm, I think this is something of some value, $300.00!" offered Singleton.
Mason reached under the security screen to grab for his treasure. "Fool it's worth five times that and you know it!"
Now as both men had a grasp on the Medallion they each wanted the other to let go. Singleton looked with a face of desire as Mason scowled with his normal look of pure greed.
"Damn you Mason, I wish your bull headed mind wasn't so all fired greedy! Indeed I would wish that you less like the proverbial bull in my china shop, cool down and let me think! Oh my Lord!" exclaimed Singleton as suddenly a wave of power and a dull hum began from the Medallion itself.
As Single ton held the bright bobble Mason looked at the strange glow coming from the blue stone. A pair of old men watched as the brightness of the stone grew till Singleton looked up and gasp.
"Ma, Mason your face!" said Singleton with a studder.
Mr. Mason was standing very straight and equally still. His eyes wide as the Medallion's power worked the silly wish of Mr. Singleton. As he stood with a stare filled with fear his nostrils flared much larger. A dark cast came over his face as the two ears side his head began to strain of growth. Out and out the ears grew taking on the shape or Laurel leaves but turning a dark tan in color. Light fuzz began to spread from around the nostrils up cheeks, around eyes, and over his forehead.
Lips puffed and thickened as they grew into the flared nostrils and formed the beginning of a muzzle. Suddenly Mason began as if chewing something while Singleton was struck silent and watched.
A shiver and the shudder after shiver ran down Mason's body. Singleton with the Medallion tight in his grasp sat and watched. Mason's forehead began to grow and new heavy bone squared his face as the dark skin became covered in reddish brown hair. In a matter of just minutes the man who walked into the shop was now truly bullheaded. It was then when Singleton panned his view down he saw shank bony legs and cloven hooves poked out of the suit coat sleeve of Mason's business suit.
Then the rip of Mason's suit coat seam was heard as muscle befitting a bull grew and spread Mason's new bulk size. More and more the Medallion hummed as a reddish brown haired bull took obvious shape in the middle of Singleton's pawn shop.
Boink and Singleton ducked his head and to one side as the belt buckle of Mason's pants zinged past his head. As pant's fell in a heap as Mason's feet the true and new nature of the man came into plain view.
Mason's large round eyes stared at Singleton as even with a bull's head and face one could see the fear he reflected. A shiver running down his shoulders and chest dropped the torn suit coat and white shirt to the shop floor. Standing now naked to the world and Singleton's view stood the bulk of one growing bull.
A moan came from Mason as his fore legs went to grasp at his rapidly changing maleness. Folds upon folds of thick fatty skin rolled up to make the sheath attaching itself to Manson's belly. His small nuts began to puff up till as their weight was gained and size too the sack hung down, down, down. Another shudder and another moan.
Mason's narrow old thighs began to flare and grow of solid muscle made to propel the massive beast across the pasture. As muscle grew the man hunched down as leg bones changed and feet bones grew. Leaning forward more and more his fore hoofs grabbed at the counter for support.
As hair spread down the changing legs and new hind cloven hooves were picked up and moved from under the pile of torn clothing a full mature bull stood in Singleton's shop.
Mr. Singleton sat back on his stool looking up into this tall standing bull. "My God!" said Singleton.
"Mooooooo!" went Mason.
