Jake heard the door bell ring, his parents weren't home at the time, so he might as well be the one to answer it, Axel wasn't going to. Maybe it was Zack and Pablo. Instead there was no one at the world. There was a clip board with a 'yes/no' with a very ordinary pen. Cautious and wary of this being a prank, Jake picked up the clip board and pen.
'Would you change humanity if you could?' Yes/No.
Jake thought about it for a bit, shrugged, and seeing no harm in it, scratched 'yes.'
The clipboard and pen vanished into thin air like they had never been there. Jake found an envelope in his hands, and something around his neck. He found it was a silver pendant with a cord. The pendant was a star burst or spiral shape, each finlet looked to be a different wing of some kind, bat, feathered, insect, reptile, etc. Not sure what was going on, and hoping for any answer, he opened the envelope and read the letter inside.
'Hi.
This pendant will let you change a human being, or a number of human beings, into humanoid or semi-humanoid creatures, you can change their personality, past, future, gender, age, attitude, but once you have invoked the transformation itself, no further changes can be made on that person or persons again. The only condition is that they must be humanoid or semi-humanoid, and they MUST be able to FLY in their new form. Also, nearly all of the time they'll end up nudists, so just be aware that's just part of how the pendant works.
Cherub, imp, fairy, android-girl, bat-girl, winged-cat girl, golem, sphinx, blow-up doll, fire-bird, dragon, heck, just ADD wings to some anthro or other creature that wouldn't normally have them, and it will count as long as they're somewhat humanoid in shape, you name it, as long as it can fly on its own somehow.
Once a transformation is done, it WILL change reality so that transformation has always been so. Don't worry, the TF will never HARM a person.
Either speak out loud, or tap in morse code, on think it, but you must consciously decide to use the pendant, so you don't need to worry about mistakes, and then you consciously decide that those are all the changes you wish to make to that person or persons. If the resulting TF doesn't allow the person or persons to fly under their own power, the TF will not happen and doesn't count as a change.
This pendant will remain with you until the day you die, or if you ever chose you'd rather not change people or feel guilty, at which point it'll vanish and find another as you have been found.'
