A wave of relief washed over Chad it was over; it was going to end.
Sometime later they were rolling to a stop in front of Chad's home.
"Thank you" Chad said to the coach.
Getting out of the car, Chad turned and asked
"Why are you doing this? I mean, he's one of your players, and I'm... well, I'm not..."
"It's my job to guide the young and teach them values. That distinction is not limited to schools, to teams. Granted, pranks are par for the course, it's part of growing up.
