As the five college students sat in the theater, eating their concessions, Casper remarked on the taste of the liquid polymer 'soda' he was sipping. He liked it, as he found he liked all Synthetic foods, it was a tangy flavor that seemed to fizz in his mouth. That in itself was an interesting feeling, as he was mostly filled with air.
Accidentally burping, he shook his head, long ram's ears flopping, and excused himself.
While they waited for the movie to begin, more people came into the theater.
Two of his schoolmates, still human, entered and made their way to seats. Before they got there, Casper had used the ring on them, letting them choose their forms and colors. One became a rubber skunk, metallic white all over, the other becoming a latex mole, shiny brown all over except for her neon pink star-shaped nose. She was decently proportioned, and as they walked past, Casper spied the neon pink barcode on the mole and a black barcode on the skunk. They were both naked, like the other rubber animals, no nipples on the mole woman and a bulge at the crotch of the skunk-man. Unsurprisingly, the mole-woman kept her glasses, and the pair took a seat up front.

Casper laughed at a joke Janet cracked, along with the others in his group, though his mind was really on transforming more people into Synthetics.
Two more people came in, this time becoming a shiny red hyena-man, with brown spots, a rubbery mohawk going from his head to halfway down his back. His companion became a rubber sparrow, feet becoming shiny and birdlike, arms becoming wing-like with claws for interacting with the world. His face sported a petite shiny black beak. Both lost their clothes like all the rest, sporting the ubiquitous nozzle and barcode, bulge declaring their apparent sex, and their rears sealed like all the others, their mouths and their nozzles their only openings. Casper had no doubt that this sparrow could fly like the other avians and bat that he had created.
Another family came in, and Casper used his magic, the family becoming a group of shiny rubber rats, brown, black, white and mottled, their hands and feet, noses and tails becoming light pink. Their snacks changed from popcorn to a bucket of bubble wrap strips, their drinks becoming the same liquid polymer as Casper's.

Casper continued to change people as they came in, if they were human, but some Synthetics came in to watch the movie too.
Some people didn't change, like at the beach, and Casper did not belabor the point, preferring the variety it brought to the city.
Slowly, the theater was filled with the sounds of latex bodies settling in vinyl covered seats, squeaking as they held hands or passed snacks to one another. Casper did not find it nearly as distracting as he might have, if he were still human. The theater held 100 seats, though they were not all filled, Casper estimated that he had changed 75 people before the movie began, bringing the Synthetic population to 424. He was so close to his goal, he could almost taste it.
So wrapped up in changing the audience, he lost track of the conversation Janet, Ashley, Lana and Casey were having. He was not even paying attention to the previews.
Suddenly, he felt Ashley's lips pressing against his own, her rubber hand rubbing along his curved glinting horn on her side, while on the other side, Lana's foxy muzzle pressed to his, her shiny hand rubbing along his other horn. They continued to tease his muzzle, and rubbed along his ears.
He froze, feeling his nozzle tingle slightly at the attention, and he knew he was blushing, though thankfully it couldn't be seen in the dim light of the theater.
Lana and Ashley fell back into their seats, giggling at his response.
"See, I told you that would get his attention!" Lana exclaimed.
Ashley giggled, "You were right. Casper, if you could see your face right now..."
Casper blushed furiously, sputtering, "Wh..What are you two doing? Lana, aren't you dating Tommy?"
Lana put on a fake pout, "Yes, but a kiss is just a kiss, Casper, don't be so stiff."
Ashley curled her arms around his own arm, "Besides, you know you belong to me, Casper."
The two girls giggled again, as Casper shifted uncomfortably in his seat.
The movie began and the five friends watched it intently, enjoying the action scenes, and the superhero story, the rag-tag group of misfits banding together to save the universe.
One of the pony girls began to cry softly when one of the characters seemed to be killed, but a few minutes later changed to delighted laugher as it was revealed the character was not terribly harmed.
At one point during the movie, Casper looked around, and saw a latex possum girl, shiny grey except for black eyes, ears, lips, paws and tail, was cuddling and kissing with a red and blue rubber ferret-man. the two Synthetics' hands roaming over their latex bodies, fondling each other's nozzles! The sounds from the movie and the audience covered any noises they were making, but Casper quickly turned back to the movie, blushing again in the dark of the theater, hoping that Ashley wouldn't see them and get any ideas.
The movie ended, and Casper and his four friends made their way out of the theater, no one seeming to notice or mind that the horde of Synthetics that left the theater did not equal the number that went in.
By this time, it was getting late, so Lana, Janet and Casey said their goodbyes and left Casper and Ashley to decide what to do next.
