What Dreams May Come

You awake with a start. “Finally up are you?” The fairy asked. “C’mon, get dressed and well start working on getting you home.”

As you were putting your clothes back on, you said, “I had a strange dream last night; I mean, really bizarre, yet, kinda titillating in it’s own way.”

The fairy’s face looked somewhat flushed. “Of what?”

You describe your dream to the fairy, all the while; a look of concern was spreading across her face. “Pretty bizarre, huh?” you finish.

“Oh no; this is bad this is really bad.” The fairy said, her wings twitching nervously. "I didn't think one night would be enough to cause it to start happening…"

“Why, what’s wrong?”

What do you do now?

• The fairy asks you for your name, but you give her a fairy name, confirming her fears
• Before she can answer, you are encased in a cocoon, feel your body changing and emerge as a fairy
• Before she can answer, you pass out, awaken in a flower and emerge as a fairy
• Before she can answer, your ears begin elongating
