“Who is it?” A cheerful voice rang from behind the door.
“It’s me, Rosette! I’m back from Tulipelle’s, and I brought company.”
“Come on in, I’ve got plenty for breakfast.”
The three fairies entered the door. The pleasant smell of cooking enters your nose, though the scent is unfamiliar. Dandel had bright cyan hair with violet ends and a closed red flower in her hair. Her clothes were a white daisy skirt with a soft green leaf top. Rosette flew into her arms and kissed her passionately. “C’mon Rosette,” Dandel whispered shyly, “you’ll make me bloom in front of company.” Rosette giggled. “So, Tulipelle,” Dandel began, “who’s this lovely lady you brought.”
“This is Irisette, she’s… new around here.” Tulipelle answered
“Oh, what a lovely name. I look forward to hearing all about you over breakfast.”
“So, what’s on the menu?” You ask.
“Grasshopper!” She said, turning to the pot. The announcement came out of left field, but then again, you suppose even fairies need protein.
“Ooh, my favorite!” Rosette said.
Dandel portions several of the large bugs onto multiple plates as you sit down around the table. She serves them to you and sits down with you.
“So, Irisette, tell me more about yourself." Dandel says.
