Jamie rushed into the fifth and final room. She couldn't believe that after all she had went through it was almost over. “Just one more key and I can save Brad and get out of here” Jamie said while examining the new room. This room was plain with no exits or doors to be seen. “Where am I suppose to go?” Jamie said before glancing up. The ceiling of the room went way above her head almost of of site and was filled with a variety of ropes and climbing ledges. At the top Jamie could only assume there was the final key. “So I'm suppose to climb to the top” Jamie said before grabbing the lowest hanging rope and pulling herself up. Before climbing any higher Jamie stopped and let herself down. “This a bad idea, if I go up now unprepared I could fall and get hurt”. Jamie knew this made sense and the only reasonable option was to wait for herself to transform to reach the key. I needed to be a mouse, turtle, donkey, and bat after all to get the other ones she thought, so why would this one be any different.
Jamie took a break and waited for herself to change, being sure to examine herself every 5 minutes. For a long time there was nothing but then on her fifth check she noticed something. Brown/red hairs where starting to grow up her arms and legs, it didn't give Jamie much of a clue what she was becoming but it was something. Over the coarse of the next hour Jamie got much better insight on what was happening to her. On first glance with her make up mirror she noticed that her nose had shrunk and became more primitive, also her ears had grow slightly in size. Next thing to change was her body became covered in the fur that was growing on her, all except her general face area where her skin tool on a brownish hue and gain a more rough texture. A uncomfortable feeling in her feet cause Jamie to kick off her shoes and reveal that her feet had became more hand like and she had better dexterity with them. “So I'm a monkey, that should help me reach to top” with that Jamie started climbing.
Jamie was having a very easy time advancing upwards in the room. After a while Jamie was so use to it she started having more fun swing and climbing from rope to rope. “Jamie laughed “too bad I'm in a hurry, this is so much fun haha”. Jamie was nearing 75% of the way to the top when her lack of attention cause her to just miss the next rope she was aiming for. “Ahhhhhhhh!” Jamie screams echoed in the room as she fell. She frantically tried to grab another rope with her hands or feet but no luck. She was almost at the bottom when she finally got a hold of one. Jamie was hanging upside down barely believing that she was able to stop “Wow that was close!”. Jamie noticed her hands and feet were both free and looked up to see what she was holding on with. A four foot long tail was wrapped around one of the ropes coming out of a torn hole in the back of Jamie's overalls. Jamie didn't think she would ever be this happy to have grown a tail but she was ecstatic. “That was too close” Jamie said before pulling herself up and continuing.
Jamie began advancing her way up the room again, this time advancing even faster with the aid of her tail. It wasn't long until she reached the top and found the final key hanging from a rope. Jamie reached out and grab it. Bright light once again filled the room and transported her back to the main hall.
Jamie was so excited to have the fifth and final key she began prancing around. “I did it! I saved Brad heeeeeehaw heeehaw!” Jamie's hooves slammed on the ground as she stopped in pure shock. She examined herself and saw she once again had four legs and a tail with a red tassel coming out of the back or her overalls. Jamie was fully donkey again. “This can't heeeeeehaw be! I beat all of the heeeehaw puzzles, why is this happening?”. Jamie noticed a note left at the foot of the Brad statue and walk over to it.
You got five keys and can save you friend but cheating is not accepted in the kingdom. Until you seek redemption you cannot return to your form and claim your reward.
“Cheating? When did I cheat!”. Jamie thought about the third room where she used her hind legs to shatter the glass to get the key. “No! That's not heeeeeehaw fair! The scale was broken!” a tear rolled down Jamie's eye as she looked at Brad. “Well at least I can heeeeeehaw save him still” Jamie said grabbing the last key off the floor with her mouth. Her tail swayed as she trotted over to the statue to put the last key in.
