Down the hall, the door to Jamie's room opened and out of it stepped a giant Jamie, who now appeared to be only 4 years old.
Jeff was too overwhelmed by everything to even be shocked anymore by another unexpected change. There stood his little sister, looking younger than he had seen her in years. Her hair was done up in a pair of pigtails, and she wore pink corduroy overalls. She would be adorable if she wasn't apparently 40 feet tall now.
"Jenny!" the girl cried and stomped down the hall to them. "I was looking for you!" she said looking up at Jeff (who apparently was now named Jenny) with worry in her eyes.
"Somehow, she got into my room," said the giant holding her. "Here." What happened next caught Jenny by surprise so much that she could hardly believe it. The giant tossed her into the air at Jaime.
"Hey!" cried the girl in shock. Jenny gasped and held her breath and shut her eyes waiting for a painful crunch when she hit the floor.
Jenny landed heavily but painlessly in a giant pair of soft hands. She could hardly believe that she was not only alive but apparently unharmed. She looked up to see her giant sister staring down at her with worry in her eyes quickly being replaced by relief. Then, Jamie flashed an angry stare back up at her giant brother. "You could've hurt Jenny," she whined.
The giant scoffed. "Please," he said. "I couldn't've hurt her if I tried. Those things are practically unbreakable."
"It was mean," Jamie said as her only rebuke.
"Well, she shouldn't be in my room," he said. "I've told you I don't want your girls messing with my stuff. Maybe she'll stay out of there from now on." The giant turned and stomped back into his room, shutting the door behind him.
"Jerk," Jamie whispered as she absentmindedly petted Jenny's hair. She walked Jenny back into her room, which was now painted a blindingly bright pink color. She shut the door and then set Jenny down on the white rug in the middle of her room. There were plastic toy cars and toy furniture strewn about around her. All of the toys were just her size she realized. Jenny turned around and saw a plastic doll house that was just the right size for her as well. "Welcome home again, Jenny," said her sister above her, drawing Jenny's attention back to her. "Make sure you stay in my room so Jeffy doesn't get angry again, and be a good girl." said added with a stern wag of her finger and a gently scolding tone. She smiled at Jenny and then walked over to a giant table and chair by the wall and started to draw in a coloring book with crayons.
Jenny just stared at Jamie for a moment as the girl pleasantly hummed to herself while she worked.
"What the hell?" Jenny muttered to herself under her breath.
"Hey, Jenny's back!" cried a voice from inside the doll house. Jenny spun around to see the plastic front door open, revealing...
