Billy waved the wand... there was a weird shimmer ... and suddenly the world changed. Billy, Don, and Matt found themselves standing in a nice downtown apartment, sun streaming through the window. They were all naked, but Billy and Don were standing on two legs. Matt was crouches on his haunches between them.
All three guys had grown two years older, and were now 20, with strong muscular bodies, though Matt was still shrunken. If he was to stand up, he'd probably just barely come up to the chest of a regular sized man. His hands were paws, and he still had a dog's tail growing from his ass, which he now tucked between his legs, afraid.
Billy and Don looked own at their new bodies, touching themselves experimentally. "Hey, not bad!" said Don. He looked over at Billy. "Nice work!" Billy grinned and took a step towards Don, pressing their dicks together and wrapping his arms around him. They both felt each other up, kissing deeply. Matt whimpered and they looked down at him.
The fur around Matt's tail was starting to grow thicker and cover more of his ass. Matt paced back and forth, his hips reforming and feeling strange. He howled as his legs spasmed and contracted, growing shorter and stumpier until he was no longer on his knees -- he was just standing on his new dog's legs, his feet stretching into paws.
"Okay, just relax, boy," said Billy. He crouched down and patted Matt's still-human head. Matt whined and looked up at him. "Goooood boy," said Billy as fur grew up Matt's torso. Matt licked Billy's hand -- it felt comforting to hear that he was a good boy. His body got furrier, his shoulders rounding out and his arms getting slender. He shrank a little bit more -- he was going to be a small dog, maybe even a puppy. Soon he had a full dog's body, with just a human head.
"Ruff!" he barked. "Woof woof!" He licked Billy's hand again and panted.
"Aw, what a good boy," said Billy.
Don crouched down next to them. "Do you wanna give him his voice back for a few last words before he's a dog?" he asked.
Billy waved the wand. The fur was creeping up Matt's neck now, his ears starting to stretch.
"Rrrruff! Woof! Arff... uh... hey," said Matt, his voice restored. "Guys, I'm so sorry ... I didn't mean to let things get out of hand. I just wanted to play," he said. His nose started to turn black and wet.
Don petted Matt's changing head. "Well, you sure could have caused a lot of trouble," he said.
Matt shook his head against Don's hand. It felt so nice to be petted, and he felt so bad about causing his alphas any problems.
"I'm sorry dude. I was dumb. I deserve to be your pet now," Matt said, the fur growing over his face like a soft beard. His black nose began pushing out into a muzzle.
Billy scratched under Matt's chin. "Hey man, it's ok. Things worked out pretty well in the end," he said. "Well, for me and Don at least."
Matt looked up at him. "I'm glad you'll be my owners now. I like you guys. You'll take good care of me, right?" His head was now almost entirely a dog's. He was barely human.
Billy thought for a moment. "Yeah, we'll take care of you. Tell you what, Matt. If you're a good boy for a few days, we'll let you be a human again. How about that?"
"Woof!" barked Matt. He was just a dog now.
Don nodded. "I think that's fair. A few days as a pet, and then we'll see if you can behave yourself as a man. Do you like the sound of that, boy?"
Billy and Don stood up. Matt panted happily at them. "Ruff!" he barked.
Billy smiled. "Okay then. In the mean time, Don, I think it's time we took these new bodies for a spin. Where's the bedroom in this place?" He tickled Don's hard dick.
