It is an early Friday night and you are at home relaxing and watching TV. You suddenly have the need for some fresh air, so you take a jacket, lock the house, and leave. It's fairly nice outside, considering the sun setting and that most people are inside at the moment. You are so intrigued by these surroundings that you fail to notice yourself venture straight into the heart of a nearby forest. Just as you realize this, it is well past sunset.
"That's weird, I’ve never seen this forest before”, you wonder.
You try to retrace your footsteps from which you entered the woods, but just as you think you’re well on your way home, the unexpected happens. You trip over a gnarly root in the ground and wind up tumbling down a deep, dark, hole. Your head hits the rock bottom and you pass out. You wake up several hours later, just realizing what has happened.
“Awww, fucking hell! That hurt like a bitch, damn it!”, you curse,
“Where the hell am I?”
You get up, still dazed, but otherwise okay. You take out your phone and open it. The clock seems to frozen.
“What the hell is wrong with this thing?”, you contemplate.
You look around, and it looks like you’re in some kind of large room, and strangely enough, it comes with interior lighting! You spot the opening from where you dropped down. You could probably climb it, but judging from the length, it would be tiresome.
Then you see it.
On the far end of the room, there are three different costumes on plastic busts housed in display cases. Above them is a long sign stating “SAMPLE COSTUMES”.
There is a minotaur, muscle man, and a dog.
