Two young men, one a blond and another black haired, stepped up from the crowd and darted to the stage. “Pierce!” the blond shouted looking at the small puddle of semen that was all that remained of his friend. “Oh my God, Steve, he’s really gone!”
Black haired Steve turned to Stephan and Madame Illusia, “Pierce was our friend,” he said desperately, “and he was a really good man. He didn’t deserve this!”
“Please, isn’t there anything you can do to bring him back?” the blond young man said to the woman on the stage.
Madame Illusia rubbed her chin for a moment, “Well, he would have been reconceived if not for… a missed opportunity,” she said. “However, his soul lingers still! If we act quickly my magic can still channel his essence back in way… If that is what you two desire… Is it?”
Both friends looked at each other then back at Illusia, “Yes, we’ll do it. He would do it for one of us!”
The olive skinned woman nodded. “Alright, now both of you understand that you will be taking on a responsibility here. Your friend is going to need new parents and you are volunteering…”
Steve felt a little pale as blond haired Adam spoke, “Parents? You can’t just bring him back as he was?”
“Oh, hardly!” she said, “And one of you will need to accept some changes… Because two men are not going to conceive a child.” The eyes of the two young men shot wide with shock. “Don’t look so surprised,” she said with a smile, “it’s basic biology. Now hurry it up! Which one of you wants to become a new mother? Make your choice because we don’t have time to spare!”
