Looking down at her protruding belly, Rachael had a sudden thought. Looking at her breasts, Rachael wondered, "Do pregnant women's breasts stay the same during pregnancy?"
So she looked it up, she found that they don't. In fact, they could grow up to 5 cup sizes from their original size during pregnancy. Looking down at her C cups, she calculated that during her pregnancy, she would have GG cups. So she grabbed a dark breast chocolate and popped it in her mouth, swallowing quickly, before grabbing another, not waiting for the initial growth. After eating 4 more, she stopped. Her breasts felt slightly warm, and she touched them. They were red-hot to the touch. Then they began to swell. Larger and larger, they grew and grew, before stopping. Large cantaloupe sized orbs, they balanced on top of her protruding stomach.
Rachael felt her milk production ramp up, and fill the space, and they were soon full again. Then, just for fun and to add to her 'pregnancy' look, she grabbed a dark butt chocolate and ate it. Immediately, her ass seemed to plumpen, and seemed more fleshy. Feeling interested, she ate another, and
Then she noticed something on the instructions. A small addendum read "Once all changes have been fulfilled, turn box around and pull tab"
Curious, Rachael did so, and a small tab came out. Inside were 2 chocolates, one dark and one white. On the chocolates were the words "reality." A small piece of paper sat in a grove in the side of the small drawer, and Rachael pulled it out and unfolded it. It read, "Once all changes you have completed have been fulfilled, you may choose to make them temporarily permanent. By eating the dark reality chocolate, all changes completed before consumption shall become real. All reality shall also be bent, to make it seem as if all changes had already been there. To return to editing state, eat the white reality chocolate. You will still retain memories of changing yourself, but only you. In the case of the belly chocolates, you will become truly pregnant. This can be paused by eating the white chocolate. However, when you re-activate the reality, the pregnancy will be where you left it. But apart from that, pregnancy will continue as normal. If you have eaten more than 5, you will be in your 8th month of pregnancy."
Rachael read it once, and then again. She wanted this, she needed this. So she grabbed the dark chocolate of reality and popped it in her mouth, savouring it for a while before swallowing. Immediately, she felt woozy, and all went black.
Rachael blinked her eyes. She was lying in bed, and she was nude. Her belly protruded in front of her, and immediately, she felt a small kick. Reaching, she touched the mountain of flesh which towered in front of her, and she felt another kick. From some unknown recess of her mind, Rachael suddenly remembered that she had a baby girl in there. Rolling out of bed, she walked over to the mirror. She admired her perfect figure, before walking over to her closet. Opening it, she found and array of maternity bras and dresses. Reaching, she grabbed a bra and put it on. It fit perfectly.
Then she grabbed a pair of panties and put them on as well. As she did this, new details flooded into her head. She remembered that she had gotten pregnant during a one-knight-stand and her mother was at peace with it. She also remembered that it was her custom to walk around in bra and panties, as it was still only her mom. So she walked downstairs and went to see her mom. "Hi sweetie" she said as Rachael entered the kitchen.
