Jen sat there, sobbing, in the middle of the street. She was alone, scared, and terrified of being used again. But no matter how hard she struggled against the shoes, she simply couldn't budge them. She was about to try yelling for help again, when she heard a sudden bout of swearing from around the corner. Teresa came back around the corner, looking pissed off. "Today is just not my day. First I miss the bus, now my backpack rips. Ugh! At least I saw one by the payphone." Teresa walks over to Jen. "Help, please..." Jen sobs. Trying once again, but to no avail. Teresa quickly begins rifling through Jen's bag. "Wow, this girl must be having just as bad a day, she lost all her textbooks, homework, and what looks like a hug essay" She says, meanwhile, Jen continues her pleas, "Please, help me, please!!!" Suddenly, Teresa jerks her head sideways, "What was that?!" She holds her head to Jen's groin, "Huh, must have been the phone..." Jen stands in shock for a moment, before continuing, louder, but to no avail. "This girl even goes to my school" Teresa continues, "I wonder if there's a way I could bring her stuff too..." Teresa starts trying to stuff her schoolwork into Jen's bag, but it just won't fit. "Hmm, I wonder if there's a store nearby that I could borrow a bag from or something." She says as she looks around, her eyes finally settle on Jen and light up, "How did I miss that backpack!?" Jen just stands there, shocked, "Please... No..." Teresa walks up to Jen and forces her mouth open, then she grabs one of the sides and pulls it, Jen's mouth getting larger and peeling backwards, leaving her stomach open for all to see. "There's not even anything in here!" Teresa exclaims, zipping Jen back up and moving on. "Maybe there's an ID in the small pocket?" Jen braces herself as Teresa shoves her arm roughly into her groin, all the way to her elbow, and gropes around, but to her relief, there's none of the sexual excitement she felt earlier. In fact, she doesn't really feel anything, only empty space and Teresa's arm scraping the side. "Nothing?" Teresa says, "Wow, maybe my luck is changing, I can even give this girl back her bag and stuff!"
Teresa unzips Jen's head and begins placing binders, papers, and textbooks into her stomach, then she zips her mouth close all the way, so Jen can't even open her mouth. She then takes her pens, pencils, erasers, and other small objects, along with her phone, and shoves them through Jen's other orifice. Though Jen can feel all the ends of the sharp pencils, they don't actually hurt. What does hurt though are the textbooks, stretching her body to a vaguely square shape. Teresa then takes Jen's shoes off and throws them away, mumbling: "Why anyone would block the ends of these connectors, I have no clue." She then take's Jen's fingers and threads them through her toes on each foot. Picking up her new backpack, Teresa slings it onto her shoulders, eliciting a muffled scream of pain from Jen. She then throws Jen's bag over her shoulder, setting off towards school.
Meanwhile, Jen whimpers in pain. The weight of everything inside of her jostling around, supported purely by her arms. Try as she might to separate her fingers and toes, she simply can't.
When Teresa arrives at school, she grabs a note from the office and heads to her locker. She reaches inside Jen, pulling out a few things, then ties a knot in her hair and hangs her in her locker, before slamming the door. Time passes, but the pain doesn't decrease. Every second is agonizing for Jen as she waits for the next torture to arrive.
