You moved your bag and some things around the area the rustling came from and saw nothing. The next thing you think that something could be in would be your bag. You opened your bag and started to look around in it. Aras, your doll, took up a lot of room so you took her out and placed her on the floor.
Maria giggled and asked "You still carry around a doll?"
As you looked around your bag you said "I've had Aras for a long time and kept her in good shape. She's a bit of a good luck charm to me and I am ten years old." Nothing seemed to be in your bag but you kept looking in case it was tossed out of view.
Maria said "You know dolls were used to house souls."
"Any point Maria?" there was a rustling but it wasn't in your bag.
"I think that your doll may have been possessed... Either that or you may have found your magical talent." You look at Aras and saw it push itself up and it seemed to have a tricky time balancing itself.
You helped it up and balance and asked "Why hello there Aras, what are you doing?"
Aras faced you and waddled your way quickly and said "Finally getting some freedom you life stealing Succubus!" some of her fingers curled into a fist and she fell over herself at your feet. The little doll thrashed around complaining "My name's not Aras either it's Sara!"
Maria guessed "Your a necromancer Maria! Those are rare and can make a lot of money!"
confused you asked "So that doll coming alive means i'm a necromancer?"
"Oh your such a magical retard, dolls have been used by necromancers to collect and store souls. They can allow the souls to manipulate dolls like their old bodies. Not just that but they can also call souls from other worlds to help populate ours!"
"That's nice I guess... Although I suppose I've got a theory about what happened with my human "family"." you helped the doll up and then said "Since you call yourself Sara I suppose that you were Stan's real twin sister who died early due to some health complications. Trying to find some way to save you my parents got this doll and had your soul preserved, but couldn't revive you. Not wanting Stan to grow up with a dead sister they adopted me and after several different events they gave you to me and I've been taking care of you and bringing you around for a long time. It's just now that I have a decent amount of magic that you've been able to do anything right?"
The doll said "I think, the earlier years were kind of a fuzz. However thank you for bringing me around everywhere." You went back into your bag and pulled out a cell phone.
Maria sighed and said "I'm going to go on a small walk, I can tell that this is going to be something very personal."
You typed in the number as she left and Sara asked "Who are you calling?"
"Your parents... I've got a few things to ask." The phone was ringing and then it was picked up by a concerned mother
"Sara how was your first day!?! Is everything alright?!? Did you have a good dinner?!? How's Stan doing?!?"
you sighed and said "Well since you asked i've had a few interesting revelations and I'm more than alright. I haven't seen Stan for hours which makes sense considering this test." You licked your lips and said "I also had a more proper dinner for my kind than I ever had before."
"Are you Sara's roommate?"
"Sara is here... Along with the Succubus you adopted to replace her!" There was only silence on the other side of the phone you continued "Yeah I found out from another Succubus that I was a Succubus all along. Then when I came back Aras came back alive when my magic was stronger." more silence aside from a little breathing. "At this point I think it's better if I went and lived with the orphaned sister's organization. If that's fine after this test i'm coming back, then i'll gather some of my things and leave." even more silence, "Silence will just result in me taking that as a "yes" alright?". You heard nothing and said "Fine, that's a done deal. This phone call had been recorded and there was breathing on your side so I know you were there. By." you hung up and then flung yourself on your bed.
Sara asked "So your just giving up on your family like that?"
"They aren't my family, they are your family. I'm going to make a new family and really figure out who I am." You then just fell asleep, you were tired and you wanted to be well rested for the tests.
