You explore the tomb as close as possible. It was amazing. No one had likely been here in thousands of years. Hardly able to wait to tell your friends, you start to head towards the door. But you are stopped by a strange feeling. You couldn't bring yourself to leave the tomb. It felt soothing to be there. "Well a little more exploring couldn't hurt." You say to yourself. You continue looking around the tomb and keep coming back to the depictions of the people with jackal features in the crowd of jackals at the feat of Anubis. You feel drawn to this picture, like you never want to stop looking at it. Tearing away from the picture you see what else the tomb has to offer. You come to the centerpiece, a massive sarcophagus at the center, carved in the figure of Anubis at the foot of his stature. You look at the inscription on the coffin, not caring that you are suddenly able to read ancient Egyptian. Stupidly, you read it aloud.
"Rise, Anubis. Rise and take your rightful place as ruler of this world. All humans will be transformed to serve your will. The world will fall." You laugh. What a silly superstition. Suddenly the room starts to shake.
