"Give me some time to think." You say, holding up your hand.
"Sure, my pet. Take all the time you need." She said. "Just look at the facts. You are lost, you are in a house where no one will ever find you, and this house is in the middle of nowhere. Where would you go if you left?
She had a point. You had been excited when you first found this house. Happy for a place to stay and rest for a bit. Now this woman was offering you a free home? Not only that, but she was offering to take care of you. You'd be a fool to not take her up on her offer. On the other hand, you had a life to get back to, a life that you happened to like. What to do?
"If hard facts aren't enough, maybe this will convince you: you will never want for anything, you will always be taken care of. Happy. Don't you want that my pet?" The woman asked.
She was offering you the perfect life. Free of worries. You finally decide.
"I'll stay with you." You say.
"Wonderful." She said with a mysterious smile. "But if you are going to stay, you need something that marks you as my pet in case you get lost."
