While wandering around the large sports store, Ty spotted a 13-year-old boy who was admiring the gymnastics equipment. Scanning his mind, Ty discovered that his name was Gabriel. He was short and slightly athletic… “Perfect build for a real gymnast,” Ty thought.
Gabriel then saw two metal poles with a high bar connecting them, at about 10 feet above the ground. Ty could tell that Gabriel wished he had the skill of a gymnast to swing from the high bar.
“I wish Gabriel were a gymnast for real!” Ty said quietly.
Suddenly, Gabriel’s shorts and t-shirt transformed into long sweatpants and a sleeveless tank-top over his torso. Next, Gabriel’s shoulders widened and his arms and his biceps grew into thick layers of muscle. His pectorals pushed outwards and he suddenly sported six-pack abdominal muscles.
When Ty snapped his fingers, Gabriel was wearing dole grips over his wrists and he had white chalk on his hands! His body was levitated into the air just high enough so he could reach out and grab the high bar with his extended hands.
“Hey look at that kid! He must be a gymnast!” Jake said, noticing the short, muscular kid who started swinging from the high bar.
Gabriel swung around the high bar, from the bottom of the bar all the way to the top, standing upside-down on the bar with his hands, looping around until he swung around hard and let go, spinning in the air and landing on both feet at the same time, just like they do in the Olympics!
“Wow! Bravo! Let’s hear it for the gymnast!” Ty cheered.
Jake and Ty introduced themselves to Gabriel before they walked further in the sports store. This time, Gabriel decided to tag along with them as well…
