You find a pair of black high-heeled shoes your girlfriend forgot to pick up back when you two were having a house party. The shoes don't really go well with the cute rubber maid's theme and you feel extremely uncomfortable walking in them, but it'll have to suffice. Heck, with your gorgeous face and such a stunning dress you're going to make an impression regardless.
You walk out and go down the street.
Something is not right. There aren't any people around. You walk, and walk, and walk only to find the streets deserted. Finally, when leave the residential area and approach downtown, you see a human soul. It's a pretty girl in her early twenties wearing a blouse, a pencil skirt and dark pantyhose. You smile and prepare to see shock on her face but as she gets closer you realise that she's almost as kinky as you: her whole stern, business-styled outfit is glistening in the sun. It's made of latex! She walks past you, nodding with a smile as if to say 'Hey, cool dress!'.
As more and more people pass you, it becomes clear as day that this isn't the world you are used to. There are very few people who look older than forty years old. Men seem to be a minority: of all the pedestrians you see probably a fifth are guys. Everyone dresses more or less frivolously: even if a person isn't clad in latex head to toe, they are sure to have some kind of a fetish-y look to them: big cleavages, sexy stockings, high heels and sissy dresses like yours are all the rage, it seems.
You realise that you're walking in the middle of the street like everyone else. There are no cars. How are people getting from point A to point B here?
The shops are different too: you see 'Madame's Latex Boutique', 'Transformationmania', 'Balloons 4u', 'Vinyl accessories for everyone' and even 'Spells R Us'.
You see some ruckus happening a few meters away. A lady clad in long, heavy black rubber dress is screaming

A stout, rugged-looking guy in simple jeans and a leather jacket is running away, pushing folks out of his way. You start running to catch the perpetrator and nearly fall flat on your face. Damn those heels!
You see people look behind you. You turn around and see an adorable teenage girl clad in baby blue latex dress reaching mid-thigh. The dress has puffy shoulders just like your one. The front of the dress is adorned with big golden ruffles, forming a heart shape at the petite girl's chest. Her waist is tightened by a wide latex ribbon which is tied in a gigantic bow at her back. The skirt section is more like five layers of rubber ruffles on top of one another, wobbling and shuffling as the teen is trying to run, which seems hard, given that she's wearing transparent plastic shoes on a very high platform. The girl's shoulder-length auburn hair is decorated with a plastic star. There's some kind of an inscription on it but before you figure out what it says the girl runs past you.
'Stop right there!' — she screams in a high-pitched voice which would suit a Japanese cartoon character. It's obvious that she's not going to catch up to the guy in those shoes. You notice a wand ending with a star-shaped tip in the girl's hand.
'So be it!'
She points the glowing wand at the fleeing guy. A beam of pink light hits him, making a noise you would describe as a guitar being played with a violin bow.
The man stops abruptly, falling to the ground. As a crowd gathers around him, you come closer to take a peek.
