You smile at the two new dolls. They're confused, a bit shy. You kind of intended it that way. They remember as much as you, of course, but just like you, they know how much they love Mistress. Your two little sisters! Ah! This is so great! Now Mistress is going to have a ton of maids to serve her!
"S-Sephi?" The Mistress's voice comes from her room. "Sephi?" Again.
You're in the room in seconds, the twins close behind. "Yes Little Mistress?" all three of you at once.
"Sephi? Did...did you make more dolls?" She looks at you, not sure what to say. She's fighting several emotions on her face. One of them looks to be joy, but there's also fear and sorrow in there. "I...please don't do that again Sephi, unless I tell you to." ....You...your metaphorical heart *sinks*. You...you made Mistress upset, didn't you? And of course the twins are terrified that they made the Little Mistress upset too.
"W-We're sorry Mistress." Both at once, tears threatening to flow out of their eyes.
The Little Mistress looks at you, at the twins. "Rimi. Rini." She points at one and then the other. "Rimi. Rini." She nods, sounding satisfied.
The twins, your now younger sisters forever, Rimi and Rini, look up and brighten. "Thank you Mistress!" Both at once, their shyness gone with Mistress's praise. You really doubt Mistress can tell them apart, but they probably won't be able to soon either, they're the same doll cast from the same mold after all.
The Little Mistress looks at you and pouts a bit. "Sephi." her voice normal. She thinks. "Sehfeeeeeee~" she whines out, I'm hungry.~" She makes a cute fangy pout. "I want ice cream Sephi~. Get me ice cream." She thinks. "Strawberry!" looking satisfied with herself. And then stops again, looks guilty, and sighs. "If...if a boy w-wants to come home with you, bring him, o-okay?"
You...well, you can do that! You've got money! And the store's close. And you can drive there. And you're super hot so you can probably get some horny guy! So what if people'll look at you funny?! You're on a mission for Mistress! You'll get that ice cream! And that human!

The good news is you haven't been refused service. It's just everyone's staring at you. You have to behave because well, one, it's the proper thing to do. You're a good doll. A good maid. And good dolls and good maids obey the rules! Second, your'e on a mission for Owner! So that's super important. And three, Owner said you couldn't make any more sisters without her say so. But you could hit on guys and bring them home. The ice cream was easy to get. You'll pick it up on the way out. You don't want it to melt! The guy, however, that's a bit more of a challenge. The first few either look at you funny or quickly make excuses to leave after you attempt to talk with them. Finally though, you meet with success. Which is why Shawn, pimply faced Shawn, stubble bearded, twenty one year old stock clerk Shawn, is currently held in a headlock, struggling in your grip as the Little Mistress's fangs slowly drain the color from him. After a few minutes, she pulls away, the boy weak but hardly dying.
"Thank you Sephi!" She licks some blood off of her lips. "He was really good~" She grins, giggling childishly, looking like the princess she is. A moment passes and she looks at you. "Okay Sephi! You can let him go now!"
The weakened Shawn falls to the ground, groaning in exhaustion and pain, anger and rage trying to make its way to his face but failing.
"So, what now Little Mistress? Should I make him a maid now?" You're kind of hoping for that. He was kind of an asshole! Whatever the Little Mistress does, well, it'd be right no matter who she did it to! She's your Owner after all!
"Nope! Just watch! I'm trying to get her to turn into...."
