You finally enter the men's room, gaining more strange looks from passersby as you enter. You lock the door and wait. Nothing happens. You wait some more, gritting your teeth and getting angrier as you do so. After ten minutes or so you begin hearing knocking on the door and decide that the only effect this is having is on the bladders of the people waiting to use the restroom after you. You open the door, and walk out, much to the relief of the man in line behind you. As you walk along the line you spot another woman in line to the men's room, dressed in rather baggy clothes, clearly designed for men. She looks nervous and somewhat confused.
"It doesn't work." you say to her as you pass by, causing the woman to look somewhat disappointed and even more confused.
You don't wait for a reply. Rather, you walk over to a nearby map of the zoo and look for someplace you can go for help. On the bottom right hand corner there's a list of the various exhibits and buildings with a letter code associated with their location on the map. You scan the listing until you see a building marked "Complaint Department". You look at your now female body and nod to yourself "Well I definitely have a complaint about this." you say to yourself. You look up the location on the map and follow the directions, walking awkwardly with your oversized shoes and loose trousers, drawing a few strange looks on your way.
The Complaints Department is a fairly standard looking dark brown wooden building, about the size of a large trailer. You shamble up the stairs and open the door. You see a small waiting room with beige carpeting and a number of metal folding chairs surrounding a large coffee table with a number of magazines placed atop it, a water cooler sits in the left hand corner next to a coffee machine. At the back of a room is a wall, with a large window in front of it behind which sits a rather bored looking woman in the typical tan uniform of a zoo employee. She watches you amble forward without saying a word, until you're right in front of the window.
"Let me guess. You used the wrong restroom." she says dryly.
"Yes." you say, can feel a rush blushing, probably furiously as you reply with a mixture of anger and embarrassment. She simply sighs and presses a button, causing a buzz to sound from the door to her left.
"Come on back." she says to you. You open the door and close it behind you
"Come with me." she says and walks down a hallway. She leads you to a room and gestures for you to enter. It looks like a doctor's examination room, containing all the things one would expect from such a room. You walk in and sit on the bed, the paper crinkling underneath you as you shift into a seated position.
"So you can reverse this, right?" you ask nervously.
"We can..." she begins.
