Flexing her arms in amazement, Margaret continued to swell. Her eyes widened in shock as she realized she was reaching the tops of the trees around her, and stared down at her little friends in bewilderment. Still she grew taller and harder, her muscles throbbing and expanding everywhere, and when it finally began to slow down, the moose woman's chest was above the tree line.
"Uh..." Margaret kneeled down slowly, even on her knees she was twice as tall as even the tall deer. "I suppose you believe me now. Right?"
John held close to Sandy, terrified at the sheer size of the enormous moose woman, while Laura gaped in astonishment.
"My goodness." The deer put a hand to her mouth and stepped forward on her hooves gently. "A-Are you all right, darling? You're... well, you're enormous!"
The moose caught the deer woman's fascination and smirked knowingly, motioning her thick muzzle to the river's edge. "You want to take a drink next?"
"Actually, uh..." Laura gulped as she saw the moose flexing her massive new body, still astounded. "We were going to ask you if you could help us build a shelter."
"Can I help too?" A voice suddenly chimed in chipperly. It was Marion, who had returned to the river bank to find her friends.
"Oh! Marion!" Laura said in alarm. "I had..."
The otter woman drew herself out of the water with a splash and stood on the bank, grinning at the huge moose woman looking down on her. Marion was no longer a little otter. She was easily 8 feet tall and hardened with lean muscle! She had grown too!
The otter approached Laura and grinned as the doe looked up in further shock. "Wow." The deer said simply.
"Uh, darling?" John turned to his mate, still held close. "I could do with a swim."
"Mmhmm!" Sandy agreed.
"Anyway, yeah, I think I could stand for some expertise." Margaret smiled, crouching down a bit to keep her massive form from rising above the trees. "Let's make a shelter!"
