In the end Terry’s choice was quite simple. She had classes the following afternoon, and it wasn’t that far until the weekend when she could really take the time to enjoy herself like this, so she was best off heading towards home. It was only 25 minutes driving distance away when the traffic was clear and given the time of night, that was something she could be certain of. So as she turned the wheel to the left and opened the Gas a little, the giggle that escaped her came out more like a nicker with her new face.
The traffic was as thin as she’d expected, and the very few that she did pass paying no mind to the distinctly equine driver they spotted. This was making Terry feel extremely giddy as she nickered and whinnied in a manner similar to laughter, at least until she felt the next stage kick in.
This time, she could also see the car interior adjust as her own form reworked itself, her legs being pulled away from each other as her hips widened and chest barrelled outwards. Breasts sinking into them while her blouse and skirt were torn in two, the former hanging by the sleeves on her forelegs, the latter flopped over one leg. Between the legs a mare’s teats. The interior was new as well, with just a single seat at the front now, and wide enough to fit her expanded form comfortably, the controls, mirrors, and all that repositioned to permit her use of them as she currently was.
‘This is, unbelievable.’ She thought to herself as she ploughed on, the country roads slowly giving way to human habitation, a farmhouse here, a store there.
And herself, still slowly becoming a horse, still enjoying it even as her head swelled in all directions, neck lengthening as it became thick with heavy muscle just as she entered the town limits. Slowing to the limit, still in control as she made it to her own home.
With her parents away until the middle of next week, and the front door decidedly locked, it was only as she parked in the drive that Terry realised that she’d managed to overlook a serious, yet simple detail.
‘So? How am I supposed to open the doors now?’ She rhetorically asked herself as she worked the seatbelt off and slid a hoof into the much-larger door handle, easing herself out with her handbag (which carried the Pen inside) with her.
She didn’t even need to spend a moment looking at it to know that as she currently was, she not only wouldn’t be able to unlock the door and let herself in, but also couldn’t use the Pen to get herself in either. That left her with only one option.
Working the catch was tricky, but after a few tries she was able to slip herself through the gate and into the garden. At least it was a good size, and a fair deal of foliage which she could use as cover as she sat herself down on the raised paving, setting her handbag down next to her and kicking off the scraps of her blouse.
‘Okay, I didn’t think everything through, but oh well, at least it’s a clear night. Not too cold either.’ Terry consoled herself as she gazed up to see the stars, the Full Moon hanging overhead.
Laying herself down on the grass, she began to think about what she could do later on. She had to admit, what she’d done, had been fun, if brief. Perhaps she could plan ahead for another such act, drive as a horse. Only make sure she had a proper destination in mind, the time to do it, and make sure she had such oversights covered. Come to think of it, she did have the weekend free, perhaps then she could make her move? Or maybe see if she could bring in others to share the fun with? These ideas slipped in and out of her mind as her eyes closed, sleep claiming her soon after.
