"Well, I guess you aren't stinky. Maybe my little Heather-weather is just hungry. Is that it? Does baby want num-nums?" With that, Heather was propped against her mother's hip and carried towards the kitchen.
The kitchen was also different. Three high chairs- one normal sized and two extra large- sat by the table. Several large baby bottles sat around.
Heather was set down in the largest high chair. Her mom grabbed a bib and secured it around Heather's neck. She then grabbed a full bottle of baby formula out of the refrigerator, heated it, and led the nipple to Heather's mouth. Instinctively, Heather began to suckle the warm, rich liquid. It filled her up quickly, and she was barely able to drink it all. After she finished, her mom was very proud of her daughter. Heather tried not to let that affect her- she was NOT a baby!
Heather had her face wiped off, and she was lifted out of the highchair and into a baby walker. The plastic frame was able to support her standing, as she had no ability to stand for herself. Her mom replaced the pacifier to Heather's lips, then went back upstairs.
When she came back down, Heather's mother was carrying Hillary, Heather's 11-year-old sister. The mother say down on the couch, opened her blouse, and began to breastfeed Hillary like an infant. Besides the shock of that situation, Heather suddenly wondered: if her 11-year-old sister was like an infant, then what was her 3-year-old brother like?
While she pondered that, Heather nearly didn't notice that she was voiding into her diaper. Only the growing nass against her buttocks let her know before the smell hit. "Did I do that?" She thought, as she started to wail like a baby.
Heather's mother quickly finished up with Hillary, set her in a playpen, and picked up her oldest child. "Aww, Heather-weather made a stinky! That's okay, honey! Let's go get you changed."
Heather could only cry in response.
As Heather was carried to her room, she glimpsed into her parents' bedroom. She saw a large bassinet by the bed, and instantly knew that her brother was no better than a newborn.
Heather and her mother reached Heather's room.
