Ty decided to turn the clown girl into a clown goddess. Ty then turned anyone in the world who has ever dressed up as a clown into a clown then he made a second world for all the clowns to live in called clowntopia which they can leave or enter at any time then finnaly he turned everyone in the mall other than himself into a clown.
