Just a little bit larger than the living room, you are impressed by the collection of exercise equipment the man has. On one wall is a sturdy shelf full of barbells of various weights. There are cable machines and a bowflex on the other side, and mirrors completely line one wall. Finally, there is a chin-up bar on one side.
Still smelling like deodorant and musk, and weeping because you are shirtless for the first time, you are marched over the dumbell rack. He puta 2 15 pounds in our hand and commands you to pull them up to your shoulders.
"How many" you ask?
"Until you can't do anymore - and don't try to fake it. Remember what I said earlier : you follow my instructions you get what you need. You learn, you listen, you obey, and you become.... then you get the stuff you want."

A strange thing comes over your mind.....you should be grateful for the wife beater, but a thought comes into your head 'Hey, it might be easier without any fabric clinging to your body.....' You can't believe you so this, but you reject his offer. As Damon hands you a weight bar, with two 10 pound weights on either end, he simply says
