"It's time we got some younger kids in our colony." Tim said "however kids won't do the changes the exact way we did, because they'll find it disturbing."
"What do you suggest then?" Rob asked as the two were heading towards the kids end of the beach
"Simple really, we pass our juice off as magic limeade and then the boys will become part of the sea." Tim answered "look there's Max and Blaine, they're only eight so it should be easy to change them."
"Great!" Rob exclaimed "Max, Blaine come over here, we've got something for you."
"What is it Rob,Tim?" Blaine who was only wearing gold shorts to compliment his red hair asked.
"How would you like to become little merboys?" Tim asked showing his green tail.
"Is that real?" Max the brunette in silver shorts asked
"Yes, we have no legs." Rob answered
"How?" Blaine inquires
"Magic Limeade." Tim said "We just swallowed a glass and became part of the sea."
"We wanna try it!" The boys exclaimed as they had always wanted to be sea boys.
"Sure, here you go." Rob said as he had made glasses out of sand and put "limeade" into them a few minutes prior. Max and Blaine decided that before they drank it they would remove their shorts just to prevent that uncomfortableness during the change.
"Smart choice." Tim said "Drink up"
The boys then drank the "limeade" in one gulp and felt changes kicking in first their legs fused into tails, Max having silver while Blaine's was golden with the boys each gaining that wierd ring around the top like that Ariel character in the mermaid movies and then gained gils on their neck yet the rest of their upper halves didn't change much save for their ears becoming slighty pointy.
"This is awesome!" The boys shouted as they flopped their tails and jumped into the water.
"Hey, how come we've got rings on our tails?" Blaine asked
"I have no idea." Tim answered
"Nor do i." Rob replied.
"I wonder.." Max started "if it has to do with what we think merfolk look like?"
"I thought that only applied to fairies in that one show and only in their Charmix forms." Blaine added.
"Maybe it goes for merfolk too?" Max inquired
"I don't have any other reason." Tim replied "now you have become part of the sea, you must find other boys to return to the sea."
"Actually we don't, we're merboys, we do kid things." Blaine corrected "we're not just going go zapping everyone around into the sea."
"Yeah, the merboys we know go on undersea adventures that are as grand as ever not just doing nothing because of some special kool-aid." Max agreed. "Come on Blaine, let's go find our merboy friends."
"You have other merboy friends?" Tim asked
"Yes and they don't make us do horrible things to get what we want, i know now that wasn't limeade." Blaine said "I wish i didn't know that it was THAT, i'm headed off with Max to.."
