The first menu on the screen was labeled "Height" and indicated David's current height was 5 foot 9.792 inches. The slider next to this figure was easy enough to figure out. Not for a moment believing that he was doing anything other than figuring out a strange new video game Nate slid the arrow downward. Way downward.

There were other options about the "transformation" that Nate impatiently clicked through. When he got to the last one there was a strange hum in the air and then a huge clatter of falling dishes from downstairs.
