"I wish this was all permanent." Keiko said to herself. Memories then flashed of her previous life and her new life together.
Keiko still remembered being the twelve year-old girl she had been when she entered that magic shop and she remembered making the previous wishes. But now she had completely new memories in her mind of meeting a man that had been Jason's father, he decided to move far away when he decided life here just wasn't for him, at first this did upset Keiko but after she gave birth to Jason, she was more at peace. She was able to get a job where she could work from home while taking care of her son and that made Jason happy, he could go to school, come home, and sometimes his mother would help him with his homework. Keiko got a little teary-eyed now with all the good memories she had with her son now, there were some times when she had to yell at him, but it was all a part of Jason growing up.
The next day, Keiko and Jason walked the magical store and this time Jason was the one who looked around in awe at all the cool stuff the store had on display.
"Whoa! Look at all the cool stuff in here mom!" Jason stated in awe.
"I see, now please be careful honey while I talk with the owner." Keiko said to her son.
Keiko approached the counter to talk to Merlin.
"Well now, looks like someone has had an interesting life or new life I should say." Merlin, the old man said to Keiko.
"Yes, I'm really grateful to you for giving me this ring." Keiko thanked.

Keiko almost took off the ring when a thought came to her.
"You know, I'd really like to thank you for helping me with my da-er, my son and myself." Keiko said to him.
"No thanks are necessary." The old man said.
"I just wish you were my age with all of your old memories." Keiko wished.
Keiko watched as the old man's gruff white beard darkened then completely vanished from his face, his long white hair shortened to a more reddish color and when it was all over, he now looked Keiko's age.
"I...I really don't know what to say. No one has ever used the ring for me before." The old or now the young man said.
"I'll be in touch." Keiko said as she wrote her phone number down on a card and handed it to him as well as the ring and gave him a little kiss on the cheek.
"Come along Jason, mommy's done here." Keiko said to Jason as he went over to hold his mom's hand.
"Is he a nice man, mom?" Jason asked referring to the owner.
"Oh, he's very nice Jason." Keiko said smiling as they left the shop.
Merlin was still astounded that someone actually used a wish on him. He would definitely remember Keiko now for this and probably give her a call too.
