17-year-old May Schroeder was out at a party with friends, enjoying their last day of school for the summer. She was enjoying the pizza that was ordered.
"What is it with people and bacon? Well, a guy organized the party, and I can't complain. This is really good." May says, as she's eating. She heads back over to grab more, and then is blinded by a light. After it disappears, May sees that she can still reach over the table, but sees a pudgy hand reach out. She looks down and sees herself in nothing but the long-sleeved maroon shirt she was wearing and a diaper.
"Wha? Wha happened?" May gasps. She sees that the guests have also undergone the same thing. There were tots all about the room, some wearing a shirt and a diaper, some in just padding. Many were still oblivious to it. She called her Mom.
"Mom, I'm a baby." May says.
"Me too, May." her mother, Morgan, says.
"But aren't you driving?" May asks.
"May, we aren't the only thing smaller." Morgan says.
"What?" May asks.
"Go outside and see what I mean." Morgan says. May goes outside of the house she was at. She went out to her car, and to her surprise, she was able to open the door to her 2014 dodge challenger. May got in, and saw what her mother meant.
"Whoa!!!! My car is smaller." May says.
"May, everything is baby sized. Cities and such are all much smaller. You won't believe how much more room on earth it created, honey. They knew well in advance about this, but there was nothing they could do to stop it, so they just didn't report on it. Also, I stopped at the store, and diapers are free. They've become a necessity. I'll call you back, I just made poopies." Morgan says, hanging up. May then wondered what to do next
