You're excited - you've gotten yourself a ticket to the new laser tag arena in town! You've always loved laser tag, so it was an easy decision to go here. The lasers scared you a little when you were a kid, but you know there was nothing to be afraid of. After all, it's not like the lasers actually did anything.
As you step into the arena, you are handed a laser shooter. Strangely, though, there's no special body armor to light up if you're hit. This confuses you - how would you keep score without it?
Looking at the shooter, you realize that the lack of body armor is the least confusing bit. The gun had several strange buttons. You see one with a picture of some kind of animal on it, and another with an anthro animal on it. Another button has a picture of a clock, while two others have pictures of figures growing and shrinking.
As you study the gun, the match starts and everyone runs for cover. Not yet ready, you're hit almost immediately, and the gun sends a tingling through your body. Getting into action, you start to feel strange...
