Ken had been picked on his entire life, or at least as far back as he can recall. It got even worse since he started high school a little over a month ago. He was a bit overweight and slightly short. The ones who had made his life at school a hell made the upper classman do the same because of sports groups sticking together. He was thinking so hard about maybe ending his life that he found it as the focus of his thoughts a lot of the time, but at the same time he fought it because he wanted to get back at everyone who had treated him like shit and ignored him and so many other things.
His parents weren't home a lot because his dad was often out of the country for work and his mom had taken to going back to college since as she put it, "You can do a lot at your age so I want to try to start a career finally."
When the door bell rang Ken just hoped it wasn't anyone trying to mess with him and felt relived that it was just a delivery mane.
"Hey Ken I got a package for you. I guess your dad signed you up for some video game beta or something."
Taking the box in his hands Ken thanked the mail man and went up to his room to open to box from Chronivac. Inside the box was a flash drive and a screen that was similar to an I pad with a very short note. "You can use the pad for mobile fun or download it to your computer if you prefer. We want to see how people manage this without direction so have fun with it. Chronivac "
Ken took the flash drive and put it in his room not wanting to lose it and took the pad out turning it on glad to find out that it was already fully charged.
With the boot up Ken couldn't really tell what he was looking at. It was a small map of his house, his neighbors and a little bit outside with a zoom function.
After playing around it a bit Ken couldn't help but marvel at the fact that it seemed to know exactly where in the house he was even when he moved around, but he guessed it was a trick of gps and the fact his father signed him up for it so that it would have his name in it already. Feeling a bit bored he went to look at the neighbors house and found that he could track them all. He saw the husband, wife, son who was older than him that he used to get babysat by, and a daughter two years younger. Looking out the windows at times he could tell that it seemed to follow where all of them were and now he was getting interested.
With a bit of playing around he found that there was an edit option with various options and he chuckled a bit, "Yeah if it was only that easy to change a person I Wouldn't have been bullied like I have been. I wonder what it really does if I try to edit them."
Thinking a bit he decides to take a shot and use the edit option on one of his neighbors and without a question the one he wanted to test it out on was.....
