"Ok Joe," Sarah continued. "I want my final breast for my breastification."
Blinking Joe nodded, "Sure where was it again?"
Sarah quickly and fluently turned around and sat down on her massive tail breast. Taking her hands she reached up and touched the end of her pony tail.
"Right at the end of my hair."
Confused, "I am still not sure it'll work." Joe told his sister.
Sarah rolled her eyes, "Please just try and also can you fill it with milk?" She asked.
"What do you have? A lactation fetish?" Joe stated.
Sarah rolled her head back to look at her twin. "What can I say, I just love the feeling of having them filled with breast milk." She quickly turned her head and squired on her tail breast making her butt breast jiggle. "Come hurry up. I don't have all day and I want to Breastify you as well tonight."
Joe's mouth dropped, "Me?"
"Just hurry up!"
Shaking his head, Joe gripped onto the Black Breastinator and pulled the trigger as he pointed at the end of her pony tail. There at the end a fleshy bulb started to grow and he heard his twin gasp slightly. The small bulb grew and filled out like a water balloon.
Her breast started to take shape as it reached the size of a small C cup. Unseen by Joe, Sarah's face was getting redder as she felt her new breast take form.
"Keep going," she stuttered. "I want it to be a nice and large."
Nodding, Joe kept holding onto the trigger. He watched her new breast start to take a tear drop shape. Minute after minute it expanded out. Soon it reached the size of a small soccer ball. "Keep going," Sarah breathed. "Just make it a little better."

“Looks like it is my turn,” Joe laughed.

Joe had to do a double take, “Ten?”

Sarah nodded, “Well you already have five. So that means you only need four more.” Sarah crossed her arms. “It shouldn’t be too hard like I said. I gave myself a tail breast shaped like wasp stinger.” He pointed at her massive tail breast. “So you already transform your privates to be made out of breasts which still work like they did before, right?”
Joe nodded and returned, “They all act like they did before. It’s still as if nothing had changed.”
Sarah snapped her fingers and pointed at her brother, “And that’s what I think we need to do. You alright made your butt cheeks breasts like me.” She lowered her arms, “So, I think we need to get creative with your breastifing process.”
“Like removing nipples and making them pure breast flesh like your breast ear lobes?”
Sarah nodded, “Yep precisely!” As she answered her new ear lobe breasts and her ponytail breast bounced and jiggle. “So where do you want to start?”
