"I'll be there in one second father." Andrew called out.
Andrew looked down at his new clothes, he was wearing a white button shirt and brown pants with the cuffs rolled up. A far cry from the dress he or she was wearing just a second ago.
"Umm, I have a feeling about what just happened, but I am not sure."
"You wished to be a boy," a female voice said in his head, "and I granted you the wish." The voice sounded dissapointed.
"You granted my wish?" Andrew said in amazement.
"Yes Anna. I see your boyish mind is starting to get to you."
Andrew didn't get the insult. "Who are you?"
"As I said before I am Circe." The voice said.
"Master Andrew." Andrew jumped at the new voice. It was the butler Mr. Hudson. "Your father is wondering why you aren't in the stables."
"Go to your father and try to get out of it, I want to talk to you privately in your room." Circe said. Andrew told Mr. Hudson that he was heading there now and left without hearing another word from the voice in his head.
In the stables Andrew found his father by one of the horses.
"Andrew there you are." His father said.
"Hello daddy...father."
"Come on and get on your birthday present." Refering to the saddle.
Andrew went up to the horse and after some struggling in pulling himslef up he was able to get on without any help. First time he did so but he had a feeling it wasn't supposed to be.
"What are you doing?" Andrew's father asked with a slight laugh. Andrew was confused for a second and then realised he was sitting side saddle. He knew boys sat the other way. He fixed himself and was about to give an excuse to go up to his room when his father said,
"I am so glad I made it back on your birthday. Now we can go riding together." Andrew sighed as his father went to get his own saddle. Even though Andrew had been transformed into a boy, he still missed his father and wanted to spend time with him.
Mr. Hudson walked into the stable.
"Mr. Nelson?"
"Yes Hudson."
"Mr. Isanwort is hear to see you."
"Thank you Hudson," he said and turned to Andrew, "I am sorry son, but I have to meet with someone at the house. I could be awhile. You can go back to house or stay here. We'll go riding later."
As Andrew's father left, Circe spoke
"Alright lets go to your room."
