Cassie was woken up by her mom. Her diaper was very wet, and she wished her mom would change it.
As her diaper was being changed, Cassie thought about the day ahead. She could do anything. She decided that the first thing she's do would be get out of high school. She wished that her grade level was now 3rd grade. She also wished that she could still recall her knowledge learned after 3rd grade. This made her older brother in 6th grade and her younger brother in preschool. Cassie went downstairs to get breakfast (eaten with a bib) and saw her prophets come down. Her older brother, still 17, now had a more youthful haircut and wore a cartoonish t-shirt that would have made his old self cringe. Her little brother wore bright overalls and a striped shirt. She looked at herself and saw the flowery skirt and "Princess" t-shirt. Under all their outfits were, of course, diapers.
Cassie got on the bus (the elementary school bus) and saw her friend Justine. Justine sat towards the front of the bus, near other third graders. Cassie sat by her friend.
"Hey, Justine!" Said Cassie. "Anything new this morning?"
"Yep!" Said Justine, with the excitement of a child. "My big bwuver is finally starting potty twaining!" Cassie remembered that Justine's lisp hadn't been corrected until fifth grade.
At the school, Cassie loved the ease of her classes, but wondered what even younger grades would be like. "I wish that school age will be one year later each hour, starting now." With that, the starting age of school shifted from 10 to 11. Cassie's classroom went from having a cursive alphabet on the walls to a simple poster of the life cycle of bugs as she passed into 2nd grade. An hour later, a series of Learning to Read books appeared on each shelf as 14-year-olds became 1st grade students. First grade became kindergarten as posters of letters and shapes adorned the walls and Cassie's shoes became Velcro.
Cassie stopped the wish when she hit preschool. She was now dressed in a frilly white top and pink pants and her hair was in pigtails.
