"Come on Mom and Dad, lets check out our rooms!" Molly says, stopping near the stables in order to wait for her parents.
"That sounds good," Carl says, nuzzling Jane a little before heading towards their daughter. Jane shifted a little, she was still not used to this new form as she went to join her husband and daughter. She walked forward, nearly tripping over her legs as she did so, before finally reaching her family.
"Okay, lets see here," Molly says, trying to figure out how to open the door to her stall without hands, she finally set a hoof down on a panel the door slid open. Carl and Jane did the same, entering their adjoining stall.
The stalls where nice, they where more like hotel rooms that where built for Horses. Jane sighed as she laid down on the hay bed. "Are you sure this vacation was such a good idea, Carl?"
"Don't worry about it, Jane," Carl says. "Besides Molly is having a good time, you could try and enjoy yourself."
"I guess I'll try," Jane says as the side door opens and Molly pokes her head out. "How's your stall Molly?"
"Its very nice," Molly says with a smile. "Thank you for agreeing to take me here Mommy and Daddy."
Jane couldn't help but be happy, she loved her family no matter what form hey where in. Being a horse was weird, but being with her family was what was really important. But sometimes it felt like something bad was going to happen.
