There had to be a mix up. Taking her fixed watch out of the box, Brittany realized that the store had made a mistake. Several days ago, her watch had broken. She had taken it to the new watch store, Magic Touch Watches. They said that they make all watches better than before, but this couldn't be her old watch. Her watch was a lot more girly. Examining the watch she realized that someone else must have gotten her watch. Things like this have happened before, since she had such a common name. Getting in her car, she drove back to the mall to get the whole mess sorted out, but when she got there, the store was gone. Brittany couldn't believe her eyes. Where the store had been there was an empty space with a for lease sign up front. Maybe the store is somewhere else she thought. She searched the whole mall for the store, but couldn't find it. It was late and the stores were beginning to close, so Brittany drove home with the intention of fixing the problem tomorrow.
Getting home Brittany found her parents had gotten back from work, and her older brother, Matt, had gotten back from taking her younger brother, Jake to some special event, what she couldn't remember. Going to her room to get away from her siblings, she decided to take a look at the watch she did have. It was a plain black color, and looked inexpensive. Trying it on, she found it to be a perfect fit. Deciding to use it as her watch for now, she decided to set the time. Checking the alarm clock, she saw that the watch was 2 hours ahead.
Stetting the watch up, Brittany began to feel a tingling sensation. Ignoring it, she continued to move the watch backwards until the correct time was displayed. Getting up to put the watch on her nightstand, she noticed that everything seemed a little taller. Checking her mirror she almost screamed. She looked 16 again. Looking at the watch in her hand, she realized it must have something to do with it. Stetting the time to 2 hours ahead she watched in the mirror as she slowly returned to being her normal 18 year-old self.
