Jeff was already sticking a bit to Jerry's body, and the idea of his costume turning into a sloggy mess and falling off when one of his friends "accidentally" spilled beer on him, well, his older "little bro" was a nerd and a weirdo, but he didn't deserve to be garbage. Besides, Jerry liked the idea of his brother wrapped around his muscles...
He checked the free-form box under 'inanimate transformation' and changed it from 'roll of toilet paper' to 'form-fitting tear-proof spandex bodysuit patterned to look like toilet paper mummy bandages, convincing enough to fool anyone who doesn't know' and he changed the "expire" from "undefined" to "2AM" because he knew that his folks would insist on him being back by midnight and he could get away with 1AM, and then wrote 'will return to his room safely when the duration expires and will revert to his basic form as defined here." He left 'world unaware' set and 'user aware' set and added himself under 'exceptions: aware' ... and then.
And then he went to work on the 'basic form' because really, Jeff was being so completely under-adventurous.
Meanwhile Jeff was wishing he could "see" more clearly but everything was kind of a blur of all the things around him in the room, nothing in focus, as he was wrapped around his brother's body -- and that was embarrassingly hot in a totally un-sexual way. Because toilet paper cannot feel sexy, though apparently it did like being wrapped around things rather a lot, and absorbing his jock brother's sweat was also extremely pleasant, and apparently touching skin was a big deal to toilet paper, and he was touching a LOT of skin. He was kind of glad that he hadn't put any kind of 'communication' into his definition. He didn't want Jerry to know how much he was enjoying this. He wasn't sure he wanted to know himself. It was kind of weird.
Jerry finished updating his brother's "basic form" ... Jeff was always kind of a wimpy guy, which was weird given that their Mom was an Olympic athlete and, OK, Jeff's dad had passed away before Jeff was born and she'd met Jerry's dad in the hospital and married him a while after that ... well, this would correct that particular issue. Jeff and Jerry were now TWINS, and their separate dads were now the same guy, and that changed things a bit -- but Jerry had added "genre savvy about Chronovac" to his own basics, along with some other changes. He locked them under a password so nobody else could mess with them without his say, and hit "ACTIVATE".
Jeff felt a bit fuzzy for a second, then everything snapped into sharp focus around him. He could see in any direction. He was stretched over his brother's unusually thick muscles, concealing most of his face except for the eyes and a bit of his hair which stuck out in odd directions. He was skin-tight, which felt even better than a minute ago, and he realized that they still looked like a TP Mummy. Which, really, it was an amazing costume considering that he knew he was made of a very special stretch fabric.
"OK, bro," Jerry said. "You're my costume, so you can go to the party anyway. And don't worry about the Twerp. Dear Little Kelly has an invite to go to a pony overnight party at her friend Cindy's place, now. So you don't have to baby sit now. You should've used the Chronovac for that, y'know."
Jeff was stretched too tightly to think about it, so he didn't wonder why Jerry knew what a Chronovac was or how to use it, and didn't even think why it was OK for him to go with his brother to a party when his brother was still in highschool. Jeff was in college. Wasn't he? OOOOH man, flex like that again baby brother!! Ethan showed up dressed like the Scarecrow from Wizard of Oz, which was appropriate, because he had the skinny long distance runner thing going on.
At the party, of course, Jerry had programmed a few triggers for temporary changes to happen to some of his friends and not-so-friends.
