'First,' Ty thought, 'I should make sure that I'm not disturbed.
After carefully pondering the wording of his wish, Ty spoke. "I wish that this is the start of summer vacation, and no one notices the time skip between my birthday and the start of vacation, or that I was missing for said time period. I also wish that when asked about the material between my birthday and the start of summer, I will know the answers. I also wish that Mark, Jane, and Dustin have all gone on vacation for the entire summer, leaving me here alone."
As he finished the wish, and odd quiet fell over the house. Carefully creeping out of his room, he looked around for his family. No one else was in the house, and many of his foster-family's clothes and belonging were gone. Grinning, he moved back to his room.
"I wish that no matter what happens, I always have the power to bend reality to my will. This includes changing my shape to something that is unable to speak, without specifying a time limit, other being with similar powers trying to take mine away, and absolutely all other circumstances in which I may not be able to make a wish."
A slight tingle washed over him, but nothing else happened.
Looking around his room, some personal changes came to mind, but Ty wanted to wait a bit before trying them out. Moving to his window, he looked out and another idea came to him. Grinning, he voiced his wish.
"I wish that I have the power to remove and reinsert myself into the time-stream at will, effectively making it like time has frozen when I am out of the time-stream. While out of time, I can still affect the physical world with both physical way, like moving things with my hands, and with wishes. While I am out of sync, nobody will notice me or what I do, even after I return to normal time, unless I wish them to."
A stronger tingle washed over Ty, and he smirked, contemplating what he would do now.
