If you're a conspiracy theorist then you've no doubt heard that the "elites" of the world want to reduce the world population from the current 7.3 billion to around 500 million which means a reduction of a little over 93% or 6.8 billion of people. Now the elites have tried different things to reduce the population like creating HIV and Ebola though it hasn't panned out quite like they had envisioned. They were always looking for new ways to reduce the population and they believe they have discovered it. Some scientists have discovered how to transform living beings into inanimate objects, other living beings, plants, and hybrids. Now they have this technology and are starting to transform people.
They have searched the net and know that quite a few people would volunteer to be transformed, especially if it was free. They make a pretense of giving the kind of transformation the person wants but it may not be what they want. The elites have certain numbers in mind for the people they transform. 48% or 3,264,000,000 will be transformed into some type of inanimate object. 24% or 1,632,000,000 will be transformed into a pure animal. 12% or 816,000,000 will be transformed into a pure plant. Another 12% or 816,000,000 will be transformed into some type of hybrid. And the last 4% or 272,000,000 will be transformed into another human, most probably children. The rest of the world population won't be transformed. Now they know that they won't get that many people volunteering to be transformed so they'll forcefully transform "criminals" and "terrorists". They are able to keep track of those that were transformed and at anytime may decide to re-transform someone.
