Developments

added by fortestingpurposes 7 years ago BM

Five months into the pregnancy revealed that she would be giving birth to a baby boy. One with a rather impressive endowment. The doctor had never seen such a large penis so early in fetal development. Unusual as it was, they didn’t think much of it. As far as anyone could tell, everything else was developing perfectly.

That month alone, they had delivered six children. Only two appeared normal, while the other four babies had significant changes. One had four arms, a baby girl would grow up with her mouth swapped with her genitals, another had a third eye and the last was born with two complete sets of genitals. Every one them was perfectly healthy otherwise. This was par for the course over the last decade. Not many people had ‘classic’ babies anymore.

The physicians kept an eye on their son’s development, curious to see what sort of body he would have. With so many other changed people, a larger penis was of no concern. Erica even joked about it, pointing out that he’d have no trouble finding ladies later in life.

Another month passed and scans revealed more unusual developments. In the genital region, they couldn’t find any testicles. In fact, the images seemed to show a vagina. Even so, the shaft of his penis showed no signs of slowing down. It was now quite bloated at the tip. Careful inspection showed that everything was still right on schedule, though now they had to re-think their name options since they weren’t quite sure if it was a boy or a girl.

Erica was both, but definitely a girl on the outside. While she was optimistic about him being a boy, they really had no way to know until he was born, or even until puberty took hold. It was disconcerting, but they had no choice but to be patient.

Nearly eight months into the pregnancy, they noticed some more serious anomalies. At first, they thought Diana would be giving birth to twins, but additional scans showed two faces on one body. One of the faces was smaller and seemed to be connected to the lower stomach. The doctors guessed the two heads both belong to the same body. Conjoinments had become more common in the last ten years, but it was still relatively rare. Statistically, it only happened in one in seven thousand births. And something with this configuration had never happened before.

Still, they saw no other issues. The baby was exactly where it needed to be at this stage of the pregnancy. All Erica and Diana could do was cross their fingers and hope for the best...
