Ty's Power

Time for fun!

added 9 years ago O

At the children's wing, Ty and Dustin stood side-by-side, staring in awe at the colorful sight ahead of them. There were diaper stations all over the place, as Ty had not forgotten that he made sure children weren't potty-trained until puberty or later (Just in case you readers have forgotten that part of the last few chapters) so Dustin shouldn't be too embarrassed. Ty looked at Dustin's big smile, and he knew that Dustin loved being a kid again, in this child-like heaven. Dustin ran off, leaving Ty to stare off at the endless possibilities of fun situations.
Ty noticed some kids by an indoor playground. There were three kids. There was a really young boy, maybe five or six years old. There was an older boy, around nine or ten. There was also a girl around ten or eleven years old. Ty smiled, deviously thinking about how he could mess with them. He wished he could hear there conversation, and he wished he knew their names.
The girl, Alicia, spoke up "Timmy, where do you think we should go?" she asked the younger boy, Timmy. Before Timmy could reply, the older boy, Tom, interrupted "He'll probably want to go to the library and read Shakesteer or whatever." Timmy scolded him "It's Shakespeare, Tom! Shakespeare!" Tom grunted. He punched Timmy on the shoulder and spoke "Whatever, nerdy boy. How is it that you can even read yet? By the way, there's no point in correcting me when you're still learning to talk." The two began arguing, and Alicia tried helplessly to stop the quarrel. Ty realized that Timmy was a prodigy.
He wished he knew more about Timmy, Alicia, and Tom. As it turns out, Timmy was a six-year-old boy who was born in Florida. He learned to read when he was four years old, but was still having trouble speaking. He was extremely clever, cunning, and smarter than most adults. He absolutely hates the idea of school and sees it as an inhumane mind-prison made to brainwash young minds and mold them to fit society. He is incredibly rebellious and appears to be calm and collected, but in reality he is secretly a depressed, suicidal, self-harming schizophrenic. Along with his rebellious nature, he recognizes no superior to him, regardless of wealth, status, or age. He has an incredible vocabulary, even for adults. He was a painter, pianist, and, simply put, a talented artist. He acts mature in certain situations, but in reality, he's extremely childish. About a year ago, he suffered a traumatizing car crash in which he was the only one severely injured. He, Tom, Alicia, and his family were all involved. Because of the crash, the left hemisphere of his brain was severely damage, thus he lacks the capability of common sense and certain forms of logic.
Alicia was a ten-year-old girl and Timmy's sister, but Tom was not a part of her family. She had slightly above-average intelligence for her age, but was no where near as prodigious as Timmy. She loves Timmy as the greatest brother in the entire world, but has developed slight anxiety about protecting him and keeping him safe. She loves life almost as much as she does Timmy, and is, simply put, a happy-go-lucky goofball. She accepts being called goofy and silly, as well as a plethora of other silly nicknames. Like her brother, she is a talented artist. She isn't rebellious and listens to reason. She is very obedient of her parents and most other adults who she sees as her superiors.
Tom was a rebellious, calm, playful and mean-spirited bully. He mostly bullies those of his own size and strength, due to his belief of the phrase "Pick on your own size!" but he occasionally picks on younger and smaller people that he particularly isn't very fond of, friend or not. A good example of one of his smaller victims is Timmy, who he picks on just about everyday, occasionally becoming a little bit too violent. There isn't much to say about him, though. He is an average bully, with the exception of a very kind and gentle heart with great amounts of sympathy.

Ty thought for a bit. What will he do?
