"Hellllllo! Are you going to let me in? ... Well, okay! I'll just let myself in!" Said a perky, loud woman's voice. There was a sound of whirls, clicks, and suddenly the locked front door unlocked itself.
Stand in the front door was a young blond woman with her hair in a pony tail and large round thin framed glasses. She was wearing a one piece red dress with several hidden pockets, underneath a larger lab coat and a pair of flat tops.
She looked at the four lion people, smiling and not look all that surprised. "So this formula worked! This is great! . . . Hey! Don't I know you from somewhere?" She pointed at the two former full lions. Adam and Evelyn were surprised, they didn't really look that different from Evelyn. "OH MY GOSH! I never thought I'd see YOU TWO again!"
"How do you know us?" Morowa asked, bewildered by this woman's sudden appearance and her calm acceptance of them.
"Ah! Morowa? Leona!? Oh my gosh it really IS you! The full-lionfication formula really DID work perfectly!"
"What are you talking about? Evelyn and Adam were human, we were born lions!"
The woman giggled to herself. "Geeze! You are SO SILLY! Didn't it strike you as WEIRD or ODD that an animal given a human brain would suddenly have human intelligence? It would be hardware without any software to run it! How do you think you even know english so well? Or even have an African accent to begin with!? This is SCIENCE, not MAGIC! Though I can tell the Doctor we now have clinical evidence that the formula leaves all practical information but deletes pretty much all personal information! He owes me a pepsi!"
"Wait! What doctor? Do you know what's going on here! What did you do?!" Adam stood up.
"Oh, just an experiment, all in the name of science of course, and world domination, or at least one major land mass, or maybe just some little country somewhere.
"Oh don't worry, the stealth drones I've been controlling remotely with eye control technology on the inside of my glasses had finished getting into position and have shot you with the self-adjusting tranquilizers... ten seconds ago."
The four lion people fell over in a heap. Kaley giggled to herself.

When the four lion people woke up... They were in a large metal room with countless screens and monitors, being pushed along ... As they woke up they realized they were floating in tubes full of green goo, naked, with a breath mask and waste catcher connected to their bodies. They bodies felt numb, and actually VERY pleasurable.
"Okay Missy you can just leave them there."
"Gotcha Keley!" Said what sounded like a New York accented woman.
Keley stepped into view.
"Hello there! Before you ask, no, you won't be meeting the good doctor Ludo Chris, no one does except me. Not even Missy here has met him face to face and he likes to keep it that way."
"Hiya!" A woman stepped into view... she was dressed in a maid's uniform... and had plastic skin, glass eyes, and long pink hair, and cat ears and tail that gave of a slight mechanical whirl when they moved. "Er, yeah, name's Missy. Had a degree in engineering before the world turned to computers, and I ended up a hobo. I got a contract from the doc', saying if I sighed up to become his personal maid robot, I could have full pay, and my choice of a major land mass if he conquers the world after Kaley picks out hers, or country of just one continent, or a major city if it's just a country we end up ruling," she waved her hands in mock drama, "'Through the power of mad science!' So yeah. I laughed and agreed for a hot meal, I had nothing left. I go under as a guy, and I wake up with this sleek body that never ages! Kaley over there is 100% flesh and blood, she has her own secrets for staying youthful that I'm not privileged to share, so yeah. And yeah, if you somehow break out of there, go ahead and try, I'd love to see you try, I could break every bone in your bodies with an arm tied behind my back. So yeah, no seriously, the doc can patch you back together, so don't think I'll play nice."
"If you play too rough if they get out Missy it comes out of your pay check."
Missy sighed, "Right right, just having some fun with the new recruits."
"And just in case you think anyone is going to come looking for you." Kaley held up a news paper.
'Zoo keepers turned animal thieves die in car accident along with lionesses.' The headline read. "I'll spare you the details, but the doctor is VERY good at faking deaths, a dental records check or a DNA test will all show what they expect to find and thens ome. So yeah, don't count on it. So you four just sit tight, not that you can do much else. Missy doesn't need sleep, so she'll be keeping you company for a bit."
Missy cracked her mechanical knuckles with a servo whirl, grinning a set of pretty white with a pair of little fangs.
"I'd tell you what's going to happen to you next, but the doctor likes to give surprises. But don't worry, you'll see soon." Kaley then went over to a file cabinet and pulled open a drawer. "Now where did I put that one?"
They only caught a glimps of some, but the titles of the folders included:
'In case of Navy SEALs raid, in case of nuclear counterstrike, in case of superhero, in case of wizard, in case of mafia assault, in case of alien invasion, in case of robot revolt, in case of all of the above, in case of ninjas, in case of pirates, in case of-'
"Here we are!" Kaley said.
