The Males are made into slaves for the kitten girls till the males become to old then they are turned into kitten girls
The girls are given no choice at all they are turned into kitten-girls the moment they arived in the garden. For you see 1 look at a kitten-girls diaper will turn any person into a kitten girl who is in the garden.
For 2000 years the Kitten-girls have been bring people to the garden all looking for the reincarnation of their Goddess who will lead them to take over the world.
